What does "free" actually mean?
There is no fee to build your website. You pay a monthly plan that covers hosting, security, updates and small edits. There is no lock-in contract. We believe in what we build, and we are confident you will not want to go anywhere else. The free build covers the website only; the follow-up systems each have a setup fee. We tell you the exact figures before anything starts, so there are no nasty surprises.
Who owns the domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your business name, not ours. A .com.au needs an eligible Australian business, which an ABN covers.
Will it actually rank on Google?
No one can honestly promise a number one spot. We build to Google’s technical guidelines, write pages for the services and suburbs you want, and connect your Google Business Profile. That is the groundwork rankings come from.
How long until it goes live?
We agree to a go-live date on the first call. The main thing that sets the pace is how quickly you can check and approve the content.
Can I make changes later?
Yes. Small edits are included each month under a fair-use limit. Bigger jobs, like new sections or extra pages, are quoted before we start.
Do I have to buy the AI systems too?
No. The website stands on its own. Add missed call text-back, follow-up or reviews later if and when you want them. Each system has a one-off setup fee and a monthly plan, and we quote it before anything is set up. Bundle multiple systems together and you save on both.
